Milena A. Angelova

Paralegal

Ms. Angelova is a Paralegal with the Mehlman Law Group, where she focuses on entity formation and organization, i.e. setting up various corporations and limited liability companies, including Secretary of State and Department of Corporations filings and drafting of accompanying agreements, if necessary.

Prior to joining the Mehlman Law Group, Ms. Angelova was a Paralegal for Mehlman TerBeek LLP, where she assisted with the general civil litigation practice of the firm, including real estate and contractual disputes, family law, bankruptcy, collection and transactional matters.

Ms. Angelova is currently attending law school on a part-time basis. She earned her Paralegal Certificate from St. Mary’s College of California in 2005, and prior to that completed her graduate degree at Stanford University.
